1. Commercial License Terms

Purchasing the $19 Lifetime Founding Member license grants you an unrestricted, royalty-free commercial license to generate, package, and sell digital download art packs created with Digital Asset Forge across Etsy, Shopify, Creative Market, Gumroad, and independent marketplaces.

2. Software Provision

Digital Asset Forge is provided "as is" by Neal Frazier Tech. We guarantee mathematical precision for aspect ratio calculation, 300 DPI pixel geometry, and Etsy 20MB file splitting algorithms.

3. Support & Updates

Founding members receive lifetime access to all updates in the v1.x branch with zero recurring monthly subscription fees.
